1. Services
MECRS provides executive concierge, relocation, staffing, and advisory services per written service agreement. Inquiry form submission does not constitute a binding contract.
2. Consulting Nature of Services
MECRS is an independent consulting firm, not a licensed immigration attorney, real estate broker, or legal services provider. All visa, legal, or financial information is for orientation only and does not constitute professional advice.
3. Payment Terms
All payment terms are defined in individual client agreements. No payment is processed through this website.
4. Client Conduct
Clients must maintain respectful and professional conduct toward all MECRS staff and partners. Violation of the Client Boundaries Agreement may result in immediate service termination without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
MECRS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
